The multi-awarded musician, who’s also popularly known as “Mission Impossible 4:  Ghost Protocol” hottie, Paula Patton‘s husband, was arrested earlier this morning while sitting in a Cadillac Escalade near 3rd Avenue and East 21st, and was was charged with possession of an unknown amount of marijuana…

The “Lost Without U” singer was pulled over after he was observed throwing something out of the window of the car he was in, and when police opened up a cigarette box in the vehicle, they found a “roach.”

Thicke was taken to a police station and issued a summons. He was only there for about 15 minutes and wound up signing autographs for the staff.

“Oh gosh, let’s just put it this way, I’ve never met a drug that I didn’t like,”

Thicke, who bragged about his bedroom prowess and giving his wife double-digit orgasms, once told New York’s Power 105.1 late last year.

“But when the baby shows up, you gotta focus [on that]. Baby first.”

He said, referring to his one-and-a-half-year-old son, Julian.

How long will this focus last, we wonder…

French tabloid, “Public” is making hay with reports the six-time Grammy award winner has made a sex tape, and claims it has possession of photos coming from footage taken with a smartphone. Whether Adele‘s bed-romp partner was the subject of her award-winning song, “Someone Like You,” or her current beau, Simon Konecki, the publication didn’t say…

Nor will it be saying any more about the matter since the 23-year-old English singer has levied a libel lawsuit against “Public” after allegations of a sex tape shocked her millions of fans around the world.

“We are informed that the French magazine Public has today published images which it claims show our client in a sex tape.”

Adele‘s top-caliber lawyers, Schillings, said in a statement it sent to the UK Daily Mail.

“Our client has not appeared in a sex tape as claimed in the article. Our client does not appear in the photographs. ‘Such claims are untrue and grossly defamatory. Our client is taking legal action in relation to this matter.”

Sex tape rumors are better than death hoaxes, in our opinion. Still, why let the paltry matter of a sex tape keep Adele from enjoying her incredibly successful comeback after throat surgery? It didn’t stop Kim Kardashian, did it?

Hollywood rumors just heard the controversial R&B singer, whose “flying fists of fury” laid waste to then-girlfriend, RIHANNA‘s face three years ago, is joining her for a track on her latest album, and producers say the song is set to be released next week.

On the other hand, this may be good news for Team Breezy, whose fans and followers (8 million on Twitter alone) will take it as a sign RiRi has finally forgiven Chris Brown by publicly welcoming him back to her life and her career. Just as the 54th Grammy Awards did in a much-criticized move last Sunday.

In fact, Rihanna recently responded to the many shocked reactions, particularly letters to dissuade her, over her rumored collaboration with the man who assaulted her…

She wrote on her Twitter account.

But apparently, Christina, 36, used to be a scrawny 14-year-old with jet black hair who used to be spit on by the other students in her high school.  If they could only see her now! Bet they’re kicking themselves for having tormented the owner of one of the most celebrated racks in Hollywood…

Either that or they tell everyone they meet they once spit on Christina Hendricks.

“My school days were pretty unhappy. I had the worst high school experience ever. I went to a very mean school and was bullied like crazy.”

Hendricks told the UK Daily Mail.

“I was a bit of a goth and I was also part of the drama group, so my friends and I were all weird theatre people and everyone just hated us. There was a long corridor with lockers on either side and kids would sit on top of them and spit on you. It was like something out of Lord of the Flies.”

Christina Hendricks never thought herself attractive until she joined a modeling competition after high school.

“When I got the pictures back my mum and I started crying because I had no idea I could be pretty. I’d always felt awkward. It was the first time I really felt pretty. It just sort of changed my perspective of myself.”

So how does she feel about her former tormentors now?

“If I could go back and tell my 14-year-old self anything it would be, ‘Don’t worry. You’re going to be doing exactly what you want to be doing and those people who are arseholes now are still going to be arseholes in 20 years. So let it go!’”

Good for you, Christina! Bullies, whether at school or at the workplace, somehow always get their comeuppance, and we all will be having our last laugh at them when they land on their “arseholes.”

Bitter much? And after all this time, too!

But Charlie says he’s tired of holding back over what he really feels about the show whose creator, Chuck Lorre, kicked him out last year during the unfortunate period of his raving lunatism (e.g., “drinking” tiger blood and “winning”). So he finally vented his sentiments about his former TV home and the younger guy who’s replaced him…

“I’m tired of lying. I’m tired of pretending the show doesn’t suck. I’m tired of pretending Ashton doesn’t suck. I’m tired of pretending they’re not completely adrift.”

He ranted to TMZ live.

“I just feel bad for him [Ashton]. He’s saddled with such bad writing.”

Charlie continued.

“It’s kind of leaving your child behind with somebody and them not really taking good care of it.”

Well, Charlie, all children grow up and leave the nest at one point or another. And you’ll have no say about how they lead their lives outside the sphere of your influence.

So, maybe its time to move on?

Nude heels and a red clutch completed the outfit.

Bobby, who was very distraught when he learned of Whitney‘s shocking, untimely death, was reportedly asked to leave her funeral because of a seating dispute with the organizers, which stemmed from the fact that Bobby was only allowed two guests… and he brought nine.

Brown claims, however, that he and his nine companions—who were actually his children—had all been invited to the funeral, and that the disagreement actually started because they were asked to change seats multiple times, which of course did not sit well with the singer.

According to TMZ’s sources, Bobby also became upset because he wanted to sit with his daughter, Bobbi Kristina, but was not allowed.

Brown later issued a statement about the incident, which read:

“My children and I were invited to the funeral of my ex-wife Whitney Houston. We were seated by security and then subsequently asked to move on three separate occasions.

I fail to understand why security treated my family this way and continue to ask us and no one else to move. Security then prevented me from attempting to see my daughter Bobbi-Kristina. In light of the events, I gave a kiss to the casket of my ex-wife and departed as I refused to create a scene.”

Whitney and Bobby Brown‘s only child sat in the front pew for her mother’s funeral and fortunately wasn’t aware of the controversy involving where her father Bobby Brown and his “family” would be seated. Having been twice rushed to the emergency room following Whitney Houston‘s death, the 18-year-old was in a fragile emotional state and was comforted by her grandmother during Whitney‘s “going home” service in Newark, New Jersey…

Which meant that neither Bobbi Kristina or Whitney‘s mother, Cissy Houston, witnessed the unfortunate incident going on two rows behind them where Bobby Brown and his entourage of nine people were moved three times before they finally left the church.

To detract from the untoward incident, Whitney‘s producer and mentor, Clive Davis spoke directly to Bobbi Kristina during his poignant remarks…

“Always be proud of your mother, she loved you so very much. She defined not only pure talent, but true heart and soul as well,”

Davis said during the service.

“She will forever be looking over you and will never let go of your hand.”

What’s surprising is no one thought to defend Bobby Brown‘s right to be there, or to be seated among the mourners, although given the situation, seating arrangements could’ve been handled better at the invite-only memorial service.

Kristen and Dax have been engaged for two years now, but according to the latest celebrity news, the adorable couple has no plans of getting married anytime soon—at least not until the gays can get married, too.

In a recent interview with The Advocate, Kristen explained:

“The reason we’re not rushing to get married is because I don’t feel appropriate taking advantage of a right that’s denied to my best friends.”

She added:

“That’s why we’ve been so hesitant. Dax and I have talked about it a lot, and this issue is very important to both of us. We’re just standing up for what we believe in. Period.”

As previously reported by celebrity news, Miranda started a heated Twitter feud with Chris Brown after the 2012 Grammy Awards by tweeting:

“Chris Brown twice? I don’t get it. He beat on a girl… Not cool that we act like that didn’t happen. He needs to listen to Gunpowder and lead and be put back in his place. Not at the Grammys.”

A few days later, the Grammy award-winning country singer slammed Chris again by holding up a sign on stage—that was made by a fan—that said, “TAKE NOTES CHRIS BROWN” before singing her hit song, “Gunpowder and Lead,” which is a song about domestic abuse.

Miranda told the audience:

“Get a good picture now, put it on Twitter… I’ve been in a world of hurt with Chris Brown fans lately… but see, I just have to speak my mind, because where I come from, beating up on a woman is never OK.”

Chris, who obviously found out about Miranda “dedicating” her song to him at her concert, took to Twitter to retaliate. He said:

“Using my name to get publicity? I love it! Perform your heart out!”

He then went for the direct approach and actually tweeted Miranda, saying:

After speaking with sources connected to Kobe and Vanessa, TMZ reports:

“Kobe has “aggressively” pursued Vanessa over the last three weeks, and she’s been receptive. We’re told Vanessa tends to believe Kobe, but still isn’t sure the marriage can be resurrected.“

In addition to his promise of fidelity, Kobe also won Vanessa back by buying her an assortment of ridiculously lavish gifts, including an extremely expensive piece of jewelry.

Diamonds are undoubtedly a girl’s best friend… but it seems these precious gems might just be a man’s best friend, too…

You’ve got to hand it to Lady Gaga’s fans… they are fiercely loyal to their Mother Monster!

Gaga’s fans, who famously bullied Adele on Twitter after the latter’s album hugely outperformed Gaga’s, have now set their sights on Kelly Osbourne.

The Twitter bullying began after Osbourne slammed Gaga on “Fashion Police” for skipping the red carpet at the Grammys. She said:

“Being part of the music industry is walking the red carpet. You say hello to your fans and you give back to those reporters and those people who supported you. And when you go to an awards show and you don’t walk the red carpet, I find that disrespectful.”

Lady Gaga’s little Monsters immediately jumped to the pop star’s defense by sending Kelly all kinds of hateful comments, including calling her “fat” and telling her to “kill herself.”

After retweeting some of the awful attacks from Gaga’s fans, Kelly tweeted:

“I have been told to die, suck d**k, get raped & that i look like i have aids by @ladygaga fans no wonder they get called bullies.”

She later added:

“i don’t label her entire fan base as bullies because i know they are not but some really are giving you guys a bad rep!”

After enduring extreme vilification and death threats from Gaga’s overzealous fans, Kelly again tweeted:

“@ladygaga really has created monsters. w/ every nasty unjustified tweet u send me u shame your queen. hate it not what @ladygaga is about!”

Gaga, on the other hand, has kept mum about the issue.

According to Hollywood rumors, Whitney and Bobby Brown‘s 18-year-old daughter appeared distraught after the six-time Grammy award winning singer’s emotionally-charged funeral, she “disappeared” for a time right afterwards and was allegedly discovered “using drugs.”

The incident reportedly left her family frantically trying to find her, and they were unable to locate her until Sunday, just in time for her mother’s burial…

“Everyone was freaking out and calling Bobbi Kristina’s cell,”

a source told The Daily Beast.

“It was so much commotion and activity after the funeral that Bobbi Kristina just slipped away. Ms. Cissy [Houston, Whitney's mother] was beside herself.”

The rest of the family won’t admit to the media that Bobbi Kristina has a substance abuse problem, despite the fact that they’re reportedly planning on staging an intervention to get her to go to rehab as soon as the emotional roller-coaster of the funeral and interment is over and done with.

“They know it and have been trying to keep her straight even before Whitney passed. But losing your mother and the life you’re accustomed to all in one day is enough to send anybody off the deep end.”

The source continued.

Meanwhile, the official version of her disappearance has been broadcast, as follows:

“There was some confusion about Bobbi Kristina’s whereabouts last night for a short time, but she’s OK,”

a Houston family representative said in a statement.

“She needed some time alone. She is going through a very hard time as you can expect.”
